Andrei is a tall Cajun man of muscular build. He sports a dark green hair with bangs combed sideways. He has freckles dotting across his face. Some might mistake him for Class 1-A's Izuku Midoriya, much to his frustration. Scars are also scattered in his arms and body. Small burn scars are prominent on his palms.
His hero costume is a green leather jacket with long-sleeved fishnet shirt. Black leather jeans and snickers. He also wears a set of fingerless tactical gloves.
His vigilante costume is a black and green body suit with a black tactical pants. He also wears a gas mask.
Andrei is calm and somehow silent but confident and clearheaded. He will often start a small chat with other people, though most of the time, he idles at the back of the class. Preferring to read comics or listen to music by himself. Like some 1-B students, he doesn't hold any resentment towards 1-A students nor anyone outside his class and school. He can be a bit humorous though he admits that he's bad at making jokes. He uses Cajun phrases and expressions. Unlike his fellow students, Andrei never announces his special moves.
Though despite being respectful and calm, Andrei shows sense of violence and ruthlessness towards anyone who threatens the life of his family, friends or himself. Showing no remorse on killing a villain who tried to kill him. Due to this, some of his schoolmates started calling hin out for his recklessness. Andrei respects his sister greatly to the point that he will hurt someone for insulting her. Her sister's death made him vindictive and vengeful towards her killers. But despite his hatred for the latter, Andrei doesn't fully despise villains, even allowing a villain to train and help him track down his sister's murderer.
During his childhood, Andrei was more jollier and was willing to participate in games but soon after Lily's death, Andrei's joviality had spiralled down to depression. He started showing turbulent behaviours such as refusing to socialize, self-harm, extreme paranoia and irritability. Dealing with the guilt of never saving her from death. By the age of 14, Andrei started to show more negative and unnatural attitudes such as unnecessary rudeness and kleptomania. He also started to drink and smoke. But over the years, Andrei tried to regain his composure.
As an adult, Andrei became more savage and brutal. His views towards villains became more negative to the point that he will not hesitate to kill one. Andrei is aware of his actions and seems to not mind being called a "monster". Though despite his brutality, he's very amiable towards his allies amd cares about them deeply but he will not hesitate to reprimand them harshly if they ever did a major mistake.
Expert Martial Artist: Due to his quirk being extremely lethal to friends and foes alike, Andrei often relies on hand-to-hand combat. Having mastered styles such as Jujutsu, Jeet Kune Do, Krav Maga, Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Capoeira, Eskrima, Aikido, Silat Melayu and Shuri-Te.
Expert Acrobat: Andrei displays a spectacular skill in acrobatics and gymnastics. Being able to parkour through rooftops or climb up buildings with ease.
Enhanced Gunmanship: Andrei learned how to use a gun at the aye of 12 though he never used it. As an adult, he displays a remarkable and brutish skills on using firearms.
Enhanced Agility: Andrei is extremely agile and gifted with quick reflexes. He can easily dodge obstacles and projectiles lobbed at him. This also gives his body maneuverability when parkouring.
Keen Intellect: Andrei is a very intelligent and strategic person. Being able to analyze and scan his surroundings and his opponent. He's unexceptionally tactical, planning his attack and hiding weapons in his room in a creative way.
Psychological Intuition: Andrei is an expert when it comes to psychological warfare, fear-mongering and deception. He can pit villains against each other through his manipulation, strain his enemy's morale or trick them into believing he's a cowardly civilian.
Multilingualism: Aside from English, Andrei knows how to speak Japanese, French, Spanish and Filipino.
Weakness: Andrei's anger and anguish to his sister's death is often exploited by his enemies, making him reckless and open to attacks. Andrei's reliance to hand-to-hand combat makes him vulnerable to enemies attacking from a distance.
Radioactive: Inherited from his father, Andrei's gives him the ability to generate and absorb radiation. He can also concentrate radiation to a part of his body (ex: his hand), causing it to glow green and heat up to 400°C, the maximum temperature his body can take. Higher than 400 will cause burns on his skin. He can also generate a beam or bolt of radiation or radioactive fire but he rarely uses it as it leaves the area radioactive. Andrei can also trigger explosions as powerful as Bakugou's by being lobbed or dropped from a distance. The magnitude depends on the impact.
If overused, radiation stored in his body will eventually run out. He can only replenish it by absorbing radiation from a source like radioactive waste, radio towers, cellular phones and granite but the lower the ionization, the slower the recharge, which means phones and radio will recharge his quirk very slow. But despite having a quirk, Andrei rarely uses it and only uses it as a last resort.
Though during his adult years, he started to use them more often. Mostly in a very brutal way.
Super Moves
Meltdown: Andrei will start releasing massive amounts of radiation from his body. Rendering the area he's in radioactive.
Wyvern Breath: Andrei can breathe fire through nuclear reaction.
MIRV: Andrei generates a explosion through impact. It requires someone or something to lob him to a target. The magnitude of explosion depends on the impact but it's often less powerful than Bakugou's Howitzer Impact. The explosion will spread radioactive dust throughout the area. However, the explosion and impact will severely injure him, mostly fatal. Due to it's destructive nature, Andrei rarely used it.
